Les Constructions G. Melatti transformed an old market to create a dynamic retail and office space facility. Le 7777 presented two major obstacles: a tight schedule and a challenging existing space. to tackle the former, les constructions G. Melatti worked in tandem with the design team to find creative solutions to shorten the project delivery time and deliver the project in time for the fixed inauguration date.
Next, faced with creating offices for its corporate headquarters in an existing space with no windows and limited ceiling heights, les constructions G. Melatti worked with innovative solutions and materials to give birth to a sleek and vibrant office space.
