Up to 2005 for a period of +/-50 years, West Island of Montreal has been primarily a buyer’s market. Melatti saw a well timed opportunity to introduce a rental market for DDO and surrounding region.
With the construction of five buildings, representing 100 units, all five properties are rented out till this day.
