Nestled atop a 200 year old heritage building in historical old montreal, Les Constructions Dagi inc took on the challenge of completely renovating the Epik penthouse. Faced with a strict 5 week deadline, the project was delivered as promised - in time for the F1 Grand Prix weekend.
The end result yields 14 rooms, a restaurant area, a lounge area and a luxury penthouse featuring premium finishes and two terraces overlooking the montreal skyline. Built over three floors, the only one of its kind in Old Montreal, the penthouse was distinguished as a Design Montreal prize winner for 2016
