During this period, the Melatti family noted a lack of medical rental spaces and an opportunity to provide a solution. Melatti moved to acquire three separate existing buildings with a vision to be renovated and converted to clinics thereby establishing the company in the medical space development.
Today, after more than 10 years of introducing and developing medical spaces in LaSalle and surrounding municipalities, Melatti has received the GMF (Groupe de médecine de famille) Certification from Government of Quebec.
