Celebration by entire Melatti team of the new high-rise condominium project in Lasalle

The non-profit association Maison de soins palliatifs Sault-Saint-Louis had raised almost half of the 5 million needed for the hospice center on LaSalle’s scenic waterfront and hoped to break ground soon.

We are proud to unveil our most recent project, 1300 avenue des Pins, a building for which we recently obtained the building permit. The existing house currently accommodates 8 apartments and the new extension includes 12 residential units for a total of 20 units.
