Responsibilities
• Assist the PM as needed in day-to-day task
• Document control and distribution on a daily basis;
such as RFI’s, reports, plans, quotes, minutes, pictures and shop drawings
• Preparing, requesting, and managing a shop drawing log and approval process
• Overseeing details of design evaluations and obtaining permits
• Preparing quantity estimates and takeoffs as required
• Sending and following up on bid requests as well as answering any questions received
• Adapting scope, filing and logging Quotes, and performing tender analyses
• Coordinating & ensuring the required inspections and reports are logged and distributed accordingly
• Maintain a log for all rental equipment
• Track the inventory of all supplied materials
• Prepare and send contracts and purchase orders
• Communication and coordinate with sub-contractor and suppliers as needed
• Record and prepare meeting minutes as required
• Assist in the tracking, preparation and execution of change orders
• Prepare and assemble the end of project hand over documents
• Provide support as required to the site and Health and Safety team
• Work conditions: 3-4 days in office, 1-2 days on site per week.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• An engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil or Architecture
• Design build experience
• Understanding of contract terms and financials related to a construction project
• Experience with Autodesk Build, Maestro, Office suites, PlanSwift.
• Capacity to read and understand construction plans and documents
• Strong organization skills

The Project Coordinator will be working along side and with the supervision of the Project Manager, assisting in the day-to-day tasks to deliver a construction project of the upmost quality. The Project Coordinator is to communicate and coordinate with the project site team. Tasks such as document control, coordination with various sub-contractors, prepare contract scopes, participation in the tender process, prepare tender analyses as well as other tasks to support the project team. The Superintendent will be on construction site, collaborating closely with the Project Manager. The Field Coordinator will be based on the construction site and work under the supervision of the Project Manager. They will be key in providing administrative and technical support onsite, ensuring the construction site functions at full potential. Responsibilities include preparing and managing schedules, recording site documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, supervising progress, and other tasks to support the project team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Technician to join our construction company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
The Project Manager will be required to Balance their time on the construction site and office. They will be required to work with the supervision of the Project Director. They will be responsible for the overall success and progression of the project. They will need to perform tasks such as managing a project team, ensuring the required resources are available, tracking the project schedule and cost, reporting project metrics to the directors and clients, awarding contracts and coordinating with the client.
