Responsibilities
• Ensure tasks are completed according to established milestones and overall schedule.
• Ensure work adheres to construction documents and accepted standards.
• Ensure site security, safety, and compliance with regulations; implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Coordinate on-site activities among subcontractors.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment as required.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all concrete pouring activities.
• Plan, execute, and/or supervise daily operations.
• Supervise general laborers in cleaning, maneuvering, and self-perform tasks.
• Assist in pull planning and preparation of 3-week schedules.
• Schedule general laborers, subcontractors, and deliveries.
• Utilize Autodesk Build for daily reports and site photo documentation.
• Communicate information and raise questions to the Site Coordinator for transmission as RFIs (Request for Information).
• Identify and report any issues or changes to the Project Manager and Site Coordinator.
• Collaborate with the Site Coordinator to maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Ensure highest standard of quality

QUALIFICATIONS

The Project Coordinator will be working along side and with the supervision of the Project Manager, assisting in the day-to-day tasks to deliver a construction project of the upmost quality. The Project Coordinator is to communicate and coordinate with the project site team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Technician to join our construction company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
The Project Manager will be required to Balance their time on the construction site and office. They will be required to work with the supervision of the Project Director. They will be responsible for the overall success and progression of the project. They will need to perform tasks such as managing a project team, ensuring the required resources are available, tracking the project schedule and cost, reporting project metrics to the directors and clients, awarding contracts and coordinating with the client.
