Responsibilities
• The Project Manager will take ownership of projects by being responsible for the entire project delivery process and accountable for the implementation and realization of projects. As such, they will plan, organize, direct and manage all facets of construction projects and ensure budget, schedule and scope objectives are achieved.
• Participate in creating the project budget, manage monthly progress, approve billings, produce monthly project reporting
• Project planning with Superintendent, prepare preliminary schedule, identify scheduling risks, schedule discussion with clients
• Contribute to tendering efforts for projects, prepare and review tender analysis, administer contracts with trades, liaison with Estimation and Contractors for pricing.
• Manage and chair design and or construction meetings, liaison with sub contractors and Consultants, resolve conflicts and problems,
• Implement a strong HSE culture on site and ensure HSE policies are adhered to
• Manage the tender process and the awarding of contracts
• Preparation of monthly cash flow
• Coordination with the client and other stakeholders
• Coordination with utilities (Energir, Hydro Quebec, Bell/Videotron, etc.)
• Coordination with Professionals & consultants’
• Review of daily work reports and photos
• Approve invoices and progress billing
• Review of RFIs and shop drawings
• Assist Construction and Project Directors as needed
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in project management roles, with experience managing medium-large scale construction projects.
• An engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil or Architecture
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
• Experience managing and supervising staff
• Strong Technological skills, advanced knowledge of MS Project
• Ability to quickly build strong relationships and resolve complex issues
• Exceptional communication, time management and negotiating skills with ability to work as a leader, in a team environment
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure

The Project Coordinator will be working along side and with the supervision of the Project Manager, assisting in the day-to-day tasks to deliver a construction project of the upmost quality. The Project Coordinator is to communicate and coordinate with the project site team. Tasks such as document control, coordination with various sub-contractors, prepare contract scopes, participation in the tender process, prepare tender analyses as well as other tasks to support the project team. The Superintendent will be on construction site, collaborating closely with the Project Manager. Their primary responsibilities include organizing, overseeing, and supervising daily construction activities and site operations. Key tasks will involve preparing and implementing construction and delivery schedules, managing general labor and ensuring site safety, documenting site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing progress, and providing support for construction operations.
The Field Coordinator will be based on the construction site and work under the supervision of the Project Manager. They will be key in providing administrative and technical support onsite, ensuring the construction site functions at full potential. Responsibilities include preparing and managing schedules, recording site documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, supervising progress, and other tasks to support the project team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Technician to join our construction company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
The Project Manager will be required to Balance their time on the construction site and office. They will be required to work with the supervision of the Project Director. They will be responsible for the overall success and progression of the project. They will need to perform tasks such as managing a project team, ensuring the required resources are available, tracking the project schedule and cost, reporting project metrics to the directors and clients, awarding contracts and coordinating with the client.
